We would like to make it as easy as possible to register for courses. When you are ready to register for classes, you have several options:
- If you are new to OLLI or you have a scholarship, don't register online. Instead, call the OLLI office at (415) 458-3763.
For everyone else, you can:
- register online by clicking the Register button on the home page and following the steps, or
- call OLLI at (415) 458-3763 and register with us over the phone, or
- send an email to olli@dominican.edu listing the courses you would like. We will then use your credit card details, if we have them in the system, to register and charge you, or
- You can download and print the Registration Form provided here and mail it with a check to OLLI at 50 Acacia Ave, San Rafael, CA 94901.
If you need further assistance, simply call our office and leave a voicemail (415) 458-3763 or send an email to olli@dominican.edu with the subject line: Registration Help. A member of our team will contact you as soon as possible during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
This "jumping around' is customary, as the OLLI website is part of the University's larger website, and our registration system is a third-party registration software. This approach is typical for institutions the size of Dominican as proprietary web programming is beyond the scope of the University and its departments.

Members are eligible for a refund of all fees minus an administrative fee of $25, if the request is received in writing at least one week before the first class of the session.
Dominican students (undergraduate and graduate) may audit courses. Otherwise, auditing is not permitted. Additionally, please be informed, members may not visit courses that are full.
Yes. If you wish to be considered for a scholarship, please send an email to olli@dominican.edu with the subject line: Scholarship.
Include your contact information and most recent tax statement (the page with the taxable income).
If you are selected for a scholarship award, you are required to pay the membership fee each session and may attend two courses per session.
Yes. Dominican University faculty, staff, and alumni, as well as participants new to the program, are eligible for discounts.
Please note: discounts are not extended to family members. All discounts require staff assistance, contact the OLLI office at (415) 458-3763 for registration help.
Classes are taught by experienced professors in the discipline, the majority of whom hold a Ph.D. in their field. Certain classes such as film, law, and medicine are taught by distinguished practitioners.
According to OLLI policy, homework cannot be required. Some faculty may recommend particular books, articles or websites.
The OLLI office on campus can be found in the Anne Hathaway building and is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday-Friday. If the OLLI team is away from the office, email us at olli@dominican.edu or leave a message at (415) 458-3762.
